Okay. So the free open-source way is the path that I have chosen. Due to the most annoying (albeit not that bad) virus. Yes I used firefox, but IE (ewww) had been hi-jacked. So screw you Windows, Up yours IE I'll (hopefully) never use you again.
But at every uber computer users heart there is the desire to pwn. So I discovered cedega. It's like wine tweaked, but especially for games. Now the games that have captured my twisted pwnage desiring heart are Warhammer 40K, Starcraft and Peggle. I also love eye-candy (As long as it doesn't strain towards either vista or OSX...) and doesn't distract too much. So Compiz is right for me.
I used to be a vista enthusiast but then I try tried it and... Bam! Poof! Zip!... It sucked. The only reason why you, my other gaming bretherin are making the switch from XP to Vista is... DX10! Crap. Microsoft has us now doesn't it. This is a dark day for PC gaming (which doesn't exclude linux!).
Now Microsoft isn't the only thing getting big, Apple has become big too. And You know how IE forced everyone into it thus ending the browser wars (Not anymore.)? Now Apple is forcing everyone to use ITunes. Want an music for your IPod? ITunes, want an IPhone? ITunes. Yup that's right. Google is also getting big, very big for either good or bad.
What inspired me to do this site was my friend David at who I encountered on the forum then went to his google(there we go again)page. So I am creating this page which will be updated throughout the next few weeks. Hope you enjoy!
